To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2Two and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 2Two harmless from any claims, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services or your infringement of any third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Sections intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.
